Terms & Conditions
Please read these terms carefully before booking
1. Booking & Payment
A session is considered confirmed only upon receipt of a signed agreement and any applicable deposit. We reserve the right to decline bookings at our discretion. Prices are subject to change; the rate in effect at the time of booking applies to your session.
2. Session Packages
Our standard packages include the number of high-resolution digital images stated at the time of booking. Additional images beyond the package limit may be available for purchase. Packages that include 5×7 prints reflect the same quantity as the digital images included in that package (e.g., the Standard package includes 15 digital images and 15 corresponding 5×7 prints).
3. In-Home & On-Location Sessions
In-home sessions incur a $50 service fee in addition to the package price. Travel and transportation costs are calculated separately based on your location and confirmed prior to the session. On-location outdoor sessions are subject to weather and suitable conditions at the photographer's discretion.
4. Cancellation & Rescheduling
We require at least 24 hours notice for any cancellation or rescheduling request. Failure to provide adequate notice may result in forfeiture of any deposit paid. We will always make every effort to accommodate rescheduling based on availability.
5. Online Gallery & Image Selection
Following your session, an online gallery will be made available to you within approximately one week. You will have one week from the gallery delivery date to make your image selections. After this period, a $30 gallery reactivation fee will apply to re-open your gallery for selection.
6. Image Delivery
Final retouched images are typically delivered within 2–3 weeks of receiving your selections. Delivery times may be slightly extended during peak seasons. Images are delivered via digital download through your private online gallery.
7. RAW Files
Chavy & Freidy Photography does not provide RAW, unedited, or unretouched files under any circumstances. Your package includes only fully edited, high-resolution images as delivered through the online gallery.
8. Copyright & Usage Rights
All photographs taken by Chavy & Freidy Photography remain the intellectual property of the photographer. Clients are granted a personal-use license to print, display, and share the delivered images for non-commercial purposes. Images may not be sold, licensed to third parties, or used for commercial purposes without prior written consent.
Chavy & Freidy Photography reserves the right to display session images in our portfolio, website, and social media unless the client submits a written request for privacy prior to the session.
9. Limitation of Liability
In the unlikely event of equipment failure, unforeseen circumstances, or events beyond our control that prevent the delivery of images, our liability is limited to a full refund of any session fees paid. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages.
10. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes take effect upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
